Sourcing General Provisions
To supply indirect materials and services to RGT, a Supplier must be approved through RGT supplier approval process and additionally for direct materials and services – through RGT SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION PROCESS. RGT requirements for Supplier approval and Supplier qualification can be found in “Requirements to a Supplier” section.
Supplier selection is based on lowest cost OFFER as long as all quality, delivery, risks and other applicable requirements are met or exceeded.
RGT Sourcing strategy is implemented to support RGT business plan and budget.
RGT Sourcing function strictly follows associated RGT compliance policies, including but not limited to:
- RGT Sourcing policy;
- RGT Third Party Business Partners Policy: additional requirements regarding appointment and due-diligence of all third parties and management of third party relationships;
- RGT Ethical Business Practices Policy: additional requirements regarding conflict of interests with third parties; improper payments, including but not limited to political contributions, charitable donations, gifts, entertainment, third party travel & living expenses; and anti-money laundering;
- RGT trade and Export Controls Policy: compliance with the trade and export laws of the Russian Federation as well as any other jurisdiction that could be applicable;
- RGT quality policy;
- RGT Health, Environment, Industrial and Safety Policy.
